There are various reasons why our property management services will be beneficial to you as a landlord. Here are a few examples:
This is 10%+tax of the monthly rental proceeds plus gross receipts tax on a one-year contract.
The fee will be equal to the first month's rent plus gross receipts tax if the only service provided is the initial leasing of the property for up to a one-year lease.
A start-up fee of $250+tax will be charged to compensate for our initial time invested and resources used in setting up your account and showing the property.
Our team will help you handle the task of removing nonpaying tenants from your rental homes. We will file the necessary paperwork and attend the court hearing on your behalf. The fee will be $500+tax (plus $75+tax eviction filing fee, any court costs, service costs, sheriff costs, and lock change)
