If you want to apply for one of our rental homes please contact our office first to make sure the property is still available.   

Once you have done so you can either apply now with the link above or below or print off the application below and either call 505-821-3854 to turn it in, email it to smcg505@msn.com fax it to 1-866-477-9707, or mail it to P.O. 90733 Albuquerque, NM 87199.

The application fee is $50 fee per adult and if you wish to hold the property you are applying for off the market while your application is processing, you will need to pay the damage deposit for that property. None of our properties will not be held off the market until a completed application, application fee and deposit is received for that property.
