Full Service Management Fee (Most Popular)

10%+tax of the monthly rental proceeds

This is 10%+tax of the monthly rental proceeds plus gross receipts tax on a one-year contract.

Initial Leasing (Only)

A fee equal to the first full month's rent + tax

The fee will be equal to the first month's rent plus gross receipts tax if the only service provided is the initial leasing of the property for up to a one-year lease.

Start up Fee (Added to both Full Service and Initial Leasing)

$250+tax one time fee

A start-up fee of $250+tax will be charged to compensate for our initial time invested and resources used in setting up your account and showing the property.

Eviction Proceedings (Only)

$500+tax one time fee

Our team will help you handle the task of removing nonpaying tenants from your rental homes. We will file the necessary paperwork and attend the court hearing on your behalf. The fee will be $500+tax (plus any court, service, sheriff, and lock change costs)

Vacant Home Caretaking Services

$59-$199+tax Monthly/Bi-weekly/weekly

We offer affordable and customizable vacant home caretaking services. Our prices are subject to change depending on requested items. Call our office to customize your caretaking package.
